Chat history is retained for 30 days on free plans and 90 days on paid plans unless you delete it sooner. Account data is retained while your account is active.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe for cards, PayPal, crypto payment processors, and Telegram). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Model Licenses

Underlying AI models (Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM, Mistral) are subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses. Users are responsible for compliance with model license terms for any outputs they distribute commercially.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
