By accessing or using Uncensored AI ("Service") at uncensored-ai.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Uncensored AI provides access to large language models and generative AI tools for conversational, image, and video creation purposes. The Service is offered on a freemium basis with optional paid subscriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Uncensored AI, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration

You may use limited features without an account. Creating an account requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Free and Paid Plans

Free users receive 3 messages without registration and 1 free message per 24 hours after signing up. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Generate content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context
Harass, threaten, or harm others
Distribute malware or attempt to compromise our systems
Resell or redistribute API access without authorization

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of prompts you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use, subject to applicable model licenses. Uncensored AI retains all rights to the platform, branding, and proprietary technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You use generated content at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncensored AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@uncensored-ai.org.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
